For the love of God, how do you sand this stuff? I just get a bunch of hairs (like the little lint balls that clump on sweaters)

Anywhere from 1/2 inch to 1/16 inch depending on what I’m making.

I use different grain sanding wheels, from coarse to very fine. For final polishing I use a totally dulled sanding bit, which more heat and buffs the foam than sands it.
